Typically, the shuttle will pick you up at noon on the day of your stay; and drop you off at 9:00 am the next morning. While there is some flexibility in all we do, this is a good starting position.
The redezvous point is at King's Gourmet Popcorn (kingsgourmetpopcorn.com), just west of the trail at Rockfish Gap bridge.
